Malta’s largest dedicated yoga centre is now open with over 150sqm of floorspace taking yoga to a whole new level of focus and dedication. We offer a range of yoga styles including Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and we are the only fully-equipped Aerial Yoga Centre in Malta with over 10 hammocks. We also offer SUP Yoga in the summer months.
Our greatest asset are our highly experienced and qualified instructors who are continually widening their knowledge through further training courses around the world. Through this dedication we can offer you world-class tuition in the comfort of our studio.
We cater for all levels and ages and have specific classes for beginners, intermediates and experienced students as well as classes for seniors and prenatal yoga. We also organise Weekend Workshops with international class yogi masters as well as retreats both in Gozo and in Sicily. Apart from our services in the studio we also teach lessons at most of the local 5-star hotels in the area as well as offering corporate lessons for companies wishing to offer their staff the benefits of yoga.
