About Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. A system of five-thousand-year old Yoga that incorporates all the wonderful physical and mental benefits of Yoga and, in addition to toning all your muscles, gives you an aerobic workout and strengthens your heart – Powerful Yoga indeed!  Toning your body and losing weight are just a few of the many advantages of this style of yoga.

Sveta is a certified Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and holds various international certificates including Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ying Yoga, SUP Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, Budokon Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for Athletes and Yoga for Kids. She has taught Yoga around the world in Europe, Russia and Asia for the last 15 years.
